" I am a civil engineering graduate with PG in Management ( IIM-Kozhikode) and with a vast experience of 30 years in the area of core construction, construction management, QC management, valuation, project planning and monitoring. I joined the central services as a Grade-A officer through IES (UPSC) and worked with various central Govt. Dept. (Railways, P&T-Civil, BSNL-Civil) in different capacities right up to Superintendent Engineer (SE Civil) and as General Manager (GM - Projects) in state corporation, i.e, APTPC. I am a chartered engineer and government-registered valuer. I took VR from central services and worked with construction companies like IVRCL and CCCL as the in-charge of their projects, like BITS- Hyderabad campus, etc. I am also a member and fellow of various technical institutions: Institute of Engineers (India), Institute of Valuers, Licensed Structural Engineer of GHMC. "

" I’m an architect with a deep love for thoughtful, timeless designs. I did my Bachelor’s in Architecture at SPA Bhopal, a Central Government University of National Importance under MHRD. After working in India for a couple of years, I moved to Italy for my Master’s at Politecnico di Milano, one of the top-ranked architecture schools (7th Place Globally). My journey has taken me across continents—from designing luxury residences and institutional campuses in India to working on energy-efficient buildings in Italy and Belgium. Along the way, I gained valuable experience in energy modelling, green building simulation, and high-performance architecture. Design Blox is my vision brought to life—where we combine solid design principles with global exposure and local relevance. I believe every project is an opportunity to create something meaningful, and I’m here to help shape those ideas into spaces that truly work. "
